Signs of Present Danger
This section is concerning the home and household members. What factors raise or lower the level of risk? Attached is a guide with example responses for the "implications" section. While the assessment factors are rated only as Yes, No or Unknown, the guide contains narrative statements with each factor to support the rating of Yes or No. At the bottom, there are two examples of implication sections which are completed with the narrative statements from the above factors. Notice that changing one or two factors can greatly change the implications.
